Cylinder set for Sniper

We offer a complete set of air conditioning in the following variants for different systems and types of replicas:

• VSR (Tokio Marui VSR-10, JG BAR-10, Cyma CM.701)
• APS (L96 WELL MB01 and MB08, APS-2 Maruzen)
• CM706
• M24 SnowWolf
• CM702 (M24 Cyma)

The set consists of the following parts:

• Stainless steel cylinder
• Stainless steel cylinder head, which is equipped with a 70D/4.2mm sorbopad. This dampens piston shocks and thus significantly saves parts and at the same time reduces the noise of the replica when fired
• Piston made of 7075 aluminum with adjustable weight. This can be adjusted as needed by installing weighting sleeves
• 4 pcs of stainless steel sleeves are pre-installed on the piston and you also get 4 pcs of duralumin sleeves with a blue surface finish in the set
• Piston head with hard-alloy surface finish
• Spring guide with bearing and POM sleeve. The POM sleeve serves to prevent spring vibrations when fired and thus reduces the noise of the replica when fired
• Spring M150

All sets we sell are tested before being put into stock. During the test, we focus on the following:

• Tightness of the assembly
• Smooth running of the piston in the cylinder
• Elimination of piston play in the cylinder
• Performance and overall noise
• The test is carried out on a piston loaded to the maximum weight, which has proven to be the best for our assemblies

Important information for users:

• Performance and noise depend on the overall tuning of the replica and other parts used in the replica (barrel type, spring type and strength, rubber band type, fitting of parts,
• Definition of clearances between them, especially between the cylinder head and the chamber). Below is the assembly on which the parts are tested.
• To reduce noise to a minimum, we recommend installing a high-quality functional silencer
