• We have optimized the geometry of the pressure segment interface and refined the dimensional seating for the hop-up rubber's lip. This engineering change ensures more consistent pressure application and drastically reduces air seal variability, securing long-term performance.

We are launching with models for the M249, M60/PKM, and M249 F.W., with a version for the Lambda rifles currently in preparation.

EPES Engineering Tip: Eliminating Nozzle Tolerance

Technical Insight for the Advanced techs

For the experienced technician, we recommend examining the Extra Fit version of the EPES Cylinder Head.

The Extra Fit cylinder head features a precision-machined, increased nozzle nose diameter of 5,40 mm (compared to the standard 5.35 mm).

When correctly installed and tuned, this minimal dimensional increase eliminates the lateral nozzle play (tolerance) and significantly assists in the prevention of the mid-cap syndrome. This is a micro-tolerance solution that provides a macro-level improvement in long-term feeding reliability.
